I recently purchased a new race bike, so it’s time to sell my former setup.

Update: It’s sold!

I rode this bike in 2016 and then raced on it in 2017 and 2018 for a total of 24 races. Highlights include a 1st place finish at the 2017 Arkansas State Criterium Championships (CAT 5), a 3rd place finish at the 2017 Arkansas State Road Race Championships (CAT 5), a 2nd place finish at the 2018 Tulsa Tough race at Crybaby Hill (Masters 40+ CAT 3/4), and a 3rd place finish at the 2018 Arkansas State Road Race Championships (Age 40-44).

The bike is in good condition with normal signs of wear in the obvious places. There are two chips in the clear coat on the bottom side of the top tube that happened after attaching the bike to a frame-holding bike rack. Fortunately, they’re just cosmetic flaws, and you can’t see them unless you turn the bike upside down.

I crashed twice while racing, but again, only some minor cosmetic issues. I slid out in a crit in 2017, but my leg and hand took the bulk of the damage, with the bike having only some scratches on the rear derailleur cap unit (I will include a new cap unit in the package with the bike) and a scuff on the right shifter. The other crash was in 2018 at Tulsa Tough when the bunch came together at a slow speed and I was bumped off and onto my butt. The bike fell over onto me, but wasn’t damaged at all.

Wheels are Fulcrum Quattro carbon 40mm clinchers with brand new Specialized Turbo Cotton 26mm tires. I removed the logo stickers from the wheels.

It has an S-Works carbon seat post attached (zero setback), but I do still own the original C-GR seat post and will include whichever seat post the buyer would prefer.

Other notes: The saddle is a new Specialized Toupe Comp 143mm with zero miles on it. The crankset and Stages power meter were both replaced in January 2018 (will include the original Dura-Ace left crank as well), the brake pads were changed in March 2018, and the bar tape is brand new with zero miles. The hoods are pretty worn, with lots of rub on the tops and a tear on each of the insides. It doesn’t bother me, but it might be something the buyer wants to replace themselves. The only other thing I’d suggest is possibly a new set of cables and housing, since it’s been over a year since they were replaced.
